Sweet Corn Paneer BallsSweet corn paneer balls can be served as a starter in any party or can be eaten as snacks with tea or coffee. Come, let’s prepare sweet corn paneer balls.Ingredients required for sweet corn paneer rollSweet corn - 1 cup or 100 gramPaneer - 200 gramBread crumbs - From 2 breadsCorn flour - 3-4Coriander leaves (Hara dhaniya) - 2 to 3 tbsp (Finely chopped) tbspGrated ginger (Adrak) - 1 inch or 1 tsp pasteGreen chilly (Hari mirch) - 2 (Finely chopped)Salt (Namak) - More than 1 tsp or as per tasteBlack pepper powder (Kali mirch powder) - ¼ tspOil - To fryHow to make Sweet corn paneer ballsAdd the sweet corn kernels to boiling water and let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and take out the sweet corn kernels from water. Now add the boiled sweet corn kernels to a mixer and coarsely grind them. Grate the paneer. Add the grounded sweet corn kernels to the paneer. Add 2 tbsp corn flour,green chilly, ginger paste, salt and coriander powder. Mix everything well. The mixture to make sweet corn ball is now ready.Add 2 tbsp water to the corn flour. Keep stirring till it becomes smooth. Add the remaining salt and black pepper powder to it. Mix everything well. Pick up a little mixture and bind such that small balls are formed. Keep it on a plate. Prepare 30-32 balls from this much mixture. Pick up one ball and wrap it around the corn flour mixture. Now add it to the bread crumbs and wrap it all around. Now put it in a separate plate. Leave the balls as it is for 15-20 minutes, they will set. Add oil to a wok and let it heat. Pick up a ball and press it a little so that the bread crumbs get inside the ball. Fry the balls till they are golden brown. Put as many balls in the wok as can come at one time.Keep frying the balls till they are golden brown. (It takes around 3-4 minutes to fry the balls at one time). Fry all the balls similarly. Very crispy and soft sweet corn paneer balls are prepared. You can serve sweet corn paneer balls with green coriander chutney, tomato sauce and chilli sauce.Suggestions :Make sure that while frying the balls the oil should be medium hot.If the oil will be very hot, then the balls may burn and if the oil will be cold then the balls will absorb the oil in it or can even break.Quantity - 4 membersTime - 40 minutes
