This recipe in EnglishWhat is the method do you follow to prepare Potato spinach Curry? There are different types of methods to prepare the Potato-Spinach Curry Recipe.Ingredients for Aloo Palak Curry RecipeSpinach- 500 GmsPotatoes- 4 medium sizeTomato- 2 to 3Green Chilli- 2 to 3Ginger- 1 inch lengthOil- 2 spoonsAsafetida- 1 pinchCumin seed- 1/4 small spoonTurmeric powder- 1/4 small spoonSalt- (according to taste 1/2 spoon)How to make Aloo Palak Curry RecipeRemove the stems of spinach and wash them twice with water properly. Boil the washed spinach in a bowl with low heat. The spinach will take 5 to 7 minutes to boil. Turn off the burner and allow spinach to coo naturally. Then grind it properly in a mixture to make a paste.Peel and cut the potatoes into two pieces each and cook them in a microwave oven for 3 to 4 minutes. You can boil potatoes but fried potatoes are delicious.Grind tomato, green chilli and ginger in mixture to make a paste of it. Now put oil into the pan and heat the pan. Put the potatoes into the pan until they turns into brown, take out the potatoes in a plate. Now put the cumin seed and asafetida into the pan. When the cumin seed starts brown, then put turmeric powder in it. The turmeric powder is easily fried, so put the tomato paste after the turmeric powder into the pan. Fry the masala until the oil is seen on the masala . Put the paste of spinach, potatoes and salt in it . Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. The potatoes-spinach curry is ready now. Take out it in a bowl and eat it with hot chapatti, naan and rice.

Dear Nishaji, i am a HUGE fan of yours and watch u on Act Cooking all the time as well as subscribe to your website. You have a simple, yet amazing style and a really sweet smile. I make your recipes regularly. I have a request. On yr website, many recipes dont have the english text, so its difficult to read in hindi, esp those that r not in video format. Even the above recipe is not entirely correctly written in eng. some ingredients r missing. Please ensure that each recipe has an eng script too n is correctly written. (atleast in the videos we can put on the english subtitles n note down quickly,but where there is no video kindly hav a 'read in eng' option too.) Keep up the good work n God bless.
