Aapne oven mein banana bataya h. microwave mein kaun sa bartan use krna h cake banane ke liye. निशा: रंजना, माइक्रोवेव में केक माइक्रोवेव प्रूफ कांच के बर्तन प्रयोग में लाये जाते हैं, केक का मिश्रण आप इसी तरह तैयार कर लीजिये लेकिन माइक्रोवेव में केक 7-8 मिनिट में बन कर तैयार हो जाता है.

Mam, maine try kiya but fry karte time besan bhindi se nikal gaya or jal gaya. निशा: अनिल, भिन्डी को भर कर थोड़ी देर रखी रहने दें, ताकि उसके अन्दर के नमी से मसाला गीला होकर भिन्डी से चिपक जाय, और गैस धीमी रखें मसाला नहीं जलेगा.

mai amchur pasand nhi karti to kya bina amchur ki bhindi bana sakte hai निशा; खुशबू, भिन्डी में अमचूर डालने से वह लसलसी नहीं होती और स्वादिष्ट भी बनती हैं, लेकिन आप पसन्द नहीं करती तो उसकी जगह नीबू का रस या टमाटर काट कर डाला जा सकता है.

Hi.. Nisha ji, Aapke sarey receipe kafi clear hote aur easy hote hain but mujhe isme thori si confusion hai. Jaisa ke aapne bataya ke oil garm ker ke zeera tarakne tak garm karen aur phir usme besan aur phir sarey masale daal den. aur phir bhunene ke baad gas band ker den aur ye masaley bharne ko tayyar hain.. but its not clear ke ye masale dry honge ya isme paani bhi mix hoga? agar dry hoga to shayd taste nahi aayega aur agar pani mix kerna hai to wo kab mix karenge? plz isye clear karen!!!Thanks
