    Hello Nisha Ji, palak main bahut din se dhoond rahi hoon lakin mujhe market me nahi mil raha hai. any way jaise hi milega jaroor banoongi. Is bar aapne recipe likhne me bahut din laga diya, shayad summer vacations chal rahi hai, is liye. any way thanks.

    Niha Di, ek baat puchni thi aapse, please bataye ki High BP ke patient ko kaun se fruit-vegetable khane chahiye or kaun se nahi khane chahiye. Please..

    ममता, फ्रूट तो सभी प्रकार के खाये जा सकते हैं, फ्रूट पर नमक लगाकर न खायें क्यों कि हाइ बीपी वालों को नमक कम खाने की सलाह दी जाती है.

    Hi, Nishaji, ye dish bahut tasty lagi, mujhe mangodi bahut pasand hai ,ye bataye ki bazar se layi huyi badi 1 mahine ke ander hi kharab ho jaati hai uper se toh thik lagti hai ander jaali jaisi pad jati hai aur white white egg jaise jama ho jate hai isko surakshit rakhne ka koi tarika bataye please.
