It was really nice to see the recipe to make dahi ke aalo. I really love them. I have one question. I am trying to make dahe ke aalo. I follow the procedure correctly however the moment I put dahee in, it splits into fine grains. I really don't know how to overcome this. Do suggest something on this.

Naveen you don't have pour entire dahi in one go... Do it slowly... Keep the vessel on hi flame. Pour some dahi keep stirring it. When it gets heated pour more. Keep stirring till the entire curry boils. After it boils leave it on low flame for 10 mins..
