I tried this receipe today but the gatte were not soft.Long time back I ate this at some friend's place who was rajasthani and her mother prepared this.When it was cut into pieces after boiling I could see pores/jaali in the pieces which was not visible in my gatte.Can u guide me how to get better gatte with jaali and softness?

i think u r a great cook and greatest thing about u is that u have told every recipe perfectly.As my mother is from Rajasthan,i know most of them, but few of them never tried like achaar and nashta.I used to get them from my mother.
