    Hi all...just wanted to share a cooking tip for this recipe...while the preparation of TARI,when we add curd to the fried dal...this curd doesn't mix well with the dal..so dont get panic...just let it cool n blend in mixer and a smooth paste will be ready...then proceen with you recipe..its really yum...M i right Nisha ji.

    can we make moong dal pakoris 2 days ahead and keep it and use it when needed. if yes- then how to preserve the pakoris so that they remain soft.

    निशा; चित्रा, ये तो बिना प्याज के ही बहुत अच्छा लगता है, यदि आप चाहें तो 1 प्याज बारीक काट कर जीरा भूनने के बाद डालें और हल्का गुलाबी होने तक भूनें, और सारे मसाले इसी प्रकार डाल कर मुंग की दाल का करारा बनायें.
