This recipe in EnglishLentils(dal) are an important part of our daily food. If we make it differently everyday then it chages the taste of our food and tastes much better. Lentils are high on protein and carbohydrates, but the sprouts increase its nutrition.These lentils filled with nutrients and fiber are more beneficial than our normal pulses. We do eat Sprouted lentils or raw chana after boiling a little and mixing with lemon juice, but the curry made with these sprouted lentils is more delicious, easily digestibleand contain more vitamins. Today we will prepare Sprouted Whole Moong Dal Curry.- Ingredients for Sprouted Moong Dal CurrySprouted lentils - 1 cup (how to sprout?)Salt - add to taste (1 tsp)Tomatoes - 2Ginger - 1 inch long pieceRaw coconut - 2 tbsp (grated pieces) if you wantGreen chilli - 2Ghee - 1 tbspHeeng(asafoetida) - 2 pinchJeera(cumin seeds) - 1/4 tspTurmeric powder - 1/4 tspCoriander(dhaniya) powder - 1 tspRed chilli powder - less than 1/4 tspGaram masala - less than 1/4 tspGrren coriander - 1 tbsp-How to make Sprouted Moong Dal CurryWash Sprouted Moong and put it in the cooker, add water(three times the quantity of moong) and salt then close the cooker allowing the dal to cook. After 1 whistle goes off cook dal on a low flame for 3-4 minutes.Make a fine paste of tomatoes, green chilli, ginger and coconut in a mixer. Pour Ghee in a pan and heat, then put Heeng and Jeera in hot Ghee. Once Jeera is fried put in turmeric powder, coriander powder, tomato paste and fry till Ghee floats over the spices.Open the cooker and add water according to how thick or thin you want the dal. Also put in the fried spices, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix properly. Sprouted Moong dal is ready. Taste dal and adjust salt.Take out the dal you have prepared in a bowl, garnish with green coriander and Ghee. Serve hot Sprouted Moong dal with chapati, naan or parantha and eat.Serves - 4Cooking time - 30 minutesSnackTake 1 cup of Sprouted Moong dal, mix with 1 spoon butter and little salt then keep it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then remove it and put some lemon juice, 1/4 black pepper and 1 tbsp roasted peanuts. You can have it before having breakfast or dinner and you will surely like it.

teen guna pani kafi jyada ho jata hai maine dekha shayad 1 ya 1.5 guna pani kafi hai cooker ke liye.mujhe to pani bahar nikalana pada 3-4 min baad jab daal pak gayi tab.maine bina nariyal ke banayi thi. Lekin bahut thanks for the recipe.

What's the difference between the tomato we use in the form of grnd it or simply cut into pieces. निशा: प्रिया, टमाटर पीसे तो बहुत जल्द पिस जाते हैं जबकि छोटे छोटे काटने में समय ज्यादा लगता है. पिसे टमाटर से ग्रेवी का कलर और गाड़ा पन अच्छा आता है जबकि कटे टमाटर से ग्रेवी उतनी अच्छी नहीं दिखती. पिसे टमाटर की ग्रेवी चिकनी दिखती है लेकिन कटे टमाटर के छिलके अलग अलग दिखाइ देते हैं. आप चाहे तो टमाटर काट कर ग्रेवी बना सकती हैं.

Nisha ji aapki recipe bahut acchi hoti h hme kafi help milti h unse mam kya aap bta skti h ki hme sprouted moong ko baccho k liye kaise bnana chaiye ki wo khale plz tell निशा: सपना जी, स्प्राउट्स कुकर में डालें, थोड़ा सा नमक डालकर मिलायें, बिलकुल थोड़ा पानी डालें, और 1 सीटी आने तक पकायें, कुकर का प्रेशर खतम होने तक उसे कुकर में ही रहने दें, बहुत अच्छे स्प्राउट खाने के लिये तैयार है, आप इसमें थोड़ा सा नीबू का रस और हरा धनियां डाल सकती हैं.
