instead of frying we can roast baingan and then mash it and later on add to dahi n gv tadka. it tastes even yummier as the roasted flavour blends very well with dahi निशा: सोनिका, आप सही कह रही हैं.

normally jab main bharwa baingan ( chote wale ) banati hoo to danthal ki taraf wala hissa be swada ya yo kahe ki masala us taraf nahi pahunch pata , kuch idea bataye jisse ki waha bhi masala pahunch sake. waise bharwa baingan ka kya kucch aur bhi naam hai

Hello Nissa Ji, kya beggan ko Bhuna bi ja sakta hai. निशा: बलजीत, बैगन को भून कर भी रायता बना सकते हैं, लेकिन भुने बैगन क्रिस्प हो जाते हैं उनका स्वाद ज्यादा अच्छा लगता है.
