    nisha ji i want to ask one question. kya sendha namak falahari namak hi hota hai jo ki hum vrat main kha sakte hain kyunki maine suna hai ki falahari namak hi vrat main khane layak hota hai sendha namak nahi, please reply

    cournlour can not be used for fast .cuse its made up of corn. use potato starch instead.
