When we take out the amlas to make to paste and used the water in chyawanprash, what about the sansadhan ingredients, are they to be grinded after grinding the amlas or they should not be used ??

1. You have mentioned Bilva and then Bel, aren't both the same?
2. Is the Kamal kesar from the white variety (kamal) or from the blue variety (neelkamal)? I have seen research papers on chawanprash showing Kamal kesar but Dabur is using whole neelkamal.
3. Can you also tell what are the parts used for each item.

Thank you so much. The Chayavanprash available in the Market cannot be prepared at the price it is sold. Your Chayavanprash is more better and healthier; it does not matter if costs much.
