I tried making this namkeen following recipe but when I had put dal in kadhai. The oil starting coming out and it was very scary. I guess oil was too much. So I took the daal quickly out and when I tried tasting it then only when it was still hot it looked fine so I added spices. But after it cooled down, it is actually very soggy. I don’t know what to do with the daal now as we can’t have it like that. Please suggest.
