Ingredients Palak Paneer Recipe (Spinach Paneer Recipe)
- Spinach- 500 Gms
- Paneer- 200 Gms (Cut the paneer 1'' square size)
- Refined oil- 2 tablespoon
- Asafetida- 1- 2 pinch
- Cumin seed- 1/2 small spoon
- Kasuri methi- 2 small spoon
- Tomato- 2 to 3
- Green Chilli- 2 to 3
- Ginger- 1 inch in length and 1'' width
- Cream- 2 tablespoon (If you want)
- Salt- (According to taste)
How to make Palak Paneer Recipe (Spinach Paneer Recipe)
Remove the stems of spinach. Wash the spinach well and put them in a bowl . Pour the 1/4 cup of water into the bowl and heat it. The spinach will take 5 to 6 minutes to boil.
Grind the tomato, green chilly and ginger in the grinder finely.
Put the oil in a pan and heat the pan. Put the cumin seed into the pan. After the cumin seed is properly fried in the oil then put the kasuri methi and cook it. Now put the passt of tomato, green chilli and ginger into the masala. Fry the masala till the masala releases the oil.
Grind the boiled spinach in a grinder and put the same into the fried masala. Then mix the masala properly. Now pour the cream into the masala and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now put the paneer and cook also for 2 minutes. Turn off the burner. The spinach paneer recipe is ready now.
Take out it in a bowl and garnish it with a small spoon of cream. You can either serve hot or eat hot with chapatti and nann.
Note
If you like onion, you may use it in this spinach panee. Cut the onion into thin pieces and put it into the pan after the cumin seed being fried. After that you are required to follow the above methods and prepare the spinach paneer recipe.
