Restaurant Style Crunchy & Spicy Corn with Tips

Today we are going to make restaurant style crunchy crispy corn. It is very easy to make them and they will be ready in a jiffy. You will find their taste very amazing and they will become very crispy. We will prepare them in such a way that they will become crispy and crunchy every time. So you too make crispy and crunchy corn with this easy recipe and enjoy the taste of them with your family.
Ingredients for Crispy Sweet Corn
Sweet Corn - 2 cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Refined Flour - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves
Process of boiling Sweet Corn
Put 3 cups of water in the pan and let it come to a boil. When the water comes to a boil, add 2 cups of sweet corn and 1/2 tsp of salt. Boil them for 5-6 minutes while stirring them a couple of times. After the time is up, filter them and remove the water and put them in a bowl. In this way the corn will be ready by boiling.
Process of coating Sweet Corn
In a bowl of sweet corn, add 2 tbsp of corn flour and 2 tbsp of all purpose flour and mix it well. When the flour coats the corn, sprinkle some water on it and mix it. Then again add 2-2 spoons of corn flour and all purpose flour and mix it well.
In the same way, keep mixing until a good coating of corn flour and all purpose flour comes on the corn. When it gets coated well, add 1/2 tsp of salt and mix it well. Now remove whatever flour is left at the bottom by sifting it. Or, shake the bowl a little, so that the dry flour will come down and the corn will come up. Now take out the corn on a plate and set it aside.
Process of frying Sweet Corn
Heat oil in a pan, oil should be low-medium hot and flame should be low. Now put half the sweet corn in the pan for frying. Cover them and let them fry like this for 2-3 minutes. After 3 minutes, remove the lid and fry them on medium flame while stirring them at a time till they turn golden brown.
When the corn is golden brown, reduce the flame to low and keep it in a sieve, so that the extra oil gets removed. Fry the remaining half of the corn in the same way. In this way the sweet corn will be ready after frying.
Process of making Sauce
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan. When the butter melts, add 1 tsp of grated ginger and 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilli and fry it lightly. Reduce the flame to low and add 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli and 1/3 tsp of salt.
Mix them well and add fried sweet corn to it and mix it well. Then add 1/2 tsp of chaat masala and some green coriander and mix it. Now at the end add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix it well. In this way crispy corn will be ready, serve them and enjoy their taste.
Suggestion
Coat the sweet corn well in corn flour and all purpose flour.
While frying the sweet corn, the oil should be low-medium hot and the flame should be low.
