Indian Style Macaroni Veg Pasta

Children love outside food and spicy food.  That's why today we are going to make Macaroni Veg Pasta special for kids.  This creamy pasta can be prepared with the ingredients present at home without any cream or cheese.  It will be very tasty to eat, and along with the kids, you will also like it very much.  So you too make Indian Macaroni Veg Pasta with this easy recipe and enjoy its taste.

 

Ingredients for Macaroni Veg Pasta

 

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Oil - 1 tsp

Macaroni Pasta - 1 cup

Green Capsicum - 1

Yellow Capsicum - 1

Tomato - 2

Carrot - 1

Oil - 2 tbsp

Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped

Ginger - 1/2 tsp, grated

Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp, crushed

Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp

Salt - 3/4 tsp

Tomato Sauce - 4 tbsp

Malai - 1/4 cup

Coriander Leaves

 

Process of boiling Macaroni Pasta

 

Put 2.5 cups of water, ½ tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil in the vessel.  Now cover and cook it at high flame till it comes to a boil.  When it comes to a boil, put 1 cup of pasta in it and cook it open on medium flame for 9-10 minutes while stirring it occasionally.

 

After the time is up, turn off the flame and filter them immediately and keep them on another bowl in the sieve itself.  Let them cool down by stirring them once.

 

Process of making Macaroni Veg Pasta

 

Peel the carrot and wash it well and dry it.  Similarly wash and dry green capsicum, yellow capsicum and tomato.  Now cut them as you wish, remember to remove the seeds and the middle part of capsicum and tomato.

 

After cutting the vegetable, put 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat it.  In hot oil, add 1 finely chopped green chilli after removing the seeds and ½ tsp of grated ginger.  Fry them lightly and add chopped carrots, green capsicum and yellow capsicum to it.

 

Roast them on high flame for 1 minute while stirring continuously.  Then add chopped tomatoes and fry it for half a minute while stirring continuously.  After half a minute add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ tsp of chilli flakes, ¾ tsp of salt and 4 tbsp of tomato sauce.  Mix them well.

 

Then add boiled macaroni to it and mix it lightly.  Then add ¼ cup of cream and mix it well.  When mixed well, add some green coriander and mix it.  In this way Indian Macaroni Veg Pasta will be ready.  Serve it and enjoy its taste.

 

Suggestions

 

While boiling macaroni pasta, check it after 9-10 minutes.  Do not cook it too much.
