Stuffed Bread Pakora Recipe with leftover idli batter

Today we are going to make Bread Pakora to make Leftover Idli batter spicy and tasty. We will make this bread pakora with the remaining idli batter. These are very tasty to eat and will be ready in a jiffy. Bread pakora made with idli batter turns out very crispy. We will make it with two types of stuffing. So you too make bread pakora with this easy method and enjoy its taste.
Ingredients for Bread Pakora from Idli Batter
Idli Batter - 2 cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Bread Slices - 8
For Aloo Stuffing
Boiled Potato - 2 (150 g)
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - Little less than 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1/3 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - 1/2 tsp, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp
For Paneer Stuffing
Paneer - 100 grams
Chaat Masala - 1/3 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 1/2 tsp, finely chopped
Ginger - 1/2 tsp, grated
Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp
Process of making the Batter
In a bowl, add 2 cups of remaining idli batter and some water and mix it well. Then add ½ tsp of salt, ½ tsp of red chilli and ½ tsp of chaat masala to it. Mix them well, in this way the idli batter will be ready.
Process of making Potato Stuffing
Grate 2 boiled potatoes in a bowl. Then add ⅓ tsp of salt, ½ tsp of chaat masala, a little less than ¼ tsp of red chilli, ½ tsp of coriander powder, ⅓ tsp of grated ginger, ½ tsp of finely chopped green chillies and 1 tsp of green coriander. Mix them well, in this way the potato stuffing will be ready.
Process of making Paneer Stuffing
Grate 100 grams of paneer in a bowl. Then add ⅓ tsp of chaat masala, ¼ tsp of salt, ½ tsp of coriander powder, ¼ tsp of red chilli, ½ tsp of finely chopped green chilli, ½ tsp of grated ginger and 1 tsp of green coriander. Mix them well, in this way the stuffing of paneer will be ready.
Process of assembling Bread Pakora
Take 2 slices of bread, spread potato stuffing on the bread. Then close it with another bread and press lightly with your hand. Then cut it from the middle and divide it into two parts. Similarly prepare bread by filling it with paneer stuffing. Similarly prepare all the breads by filling them with paneer and potato stuffing.
Process of frying Bread Pakora
Put 100-125 grams of oil in a plain bottom pan and heat it. The oil should be heated to medium-high and the flame should be medium-high. Now dip a bread pakora well in the batter and put it in hot oil. Keep pouring oil little by little in the upper part.
Then fry it from both the sides till it turns golden brown. Similarly fry all the bread pakora by coating it in the batter. In this way, bread pakora made from the remaining idli batter will be ready. Serve them with your favourite dip and enjoy their taste.
Suggestions
Fry the bread pakora on medium-high flame.
