Ingredients for Rice Flour Masala Paratha

Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - a little less than ½ tsp
Desiccated Coconut - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1-2 tbsp
Process of making dough
Put 1 cup of water, a little less than ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of cumin seeds and 1 tsp of oil in a pot. Now cover it and let the water come to a boil. When it comes to boil, turn off the flame and add 1 cup (160 grams) of rice flour and mix it. Then cover it and keep it for 5 minutes.
When the time is up, take it out in a bowl and mash it with a spoon. Then add 1 tbsp of coconut powder, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilli and 1-2 tbsp of green coriander in it. Now mix them well, then knead a soft dough by taking a little oil in your hand. After kneading, keep it covered for 15-20 minutes.
Process of making Paratha
Take some oil in your hand and mash the dough well. Then break the dough as big or small as you want to make the parathas. Make a round peda and press it, then wrap it in dry rice flour and roll it a little thin. Remember to roll with a light hand so that it is less torn from the corners.
After rolling, heat a tawa and spread some ghee on it. Then put the parantha on the pan and cook it by applying a little ghee on both the sides. Roast it till the brown spots appear on both the sides, then take it off. Make all the parathas by rolling them in the same way. Rice masala parathas will be ready. Serve them with green chutney and pickle and enjoy their taste.
