Winter Special Dry Fruits Energy Ladoo

To maintain the body's heat in winter, today we are going to make ladoos of dry fruits. We will not use flour, sugar and ghee at all in making these. These will be ready in a jiffy with a very easy method. Along with warmth, dry fruit ladoos also help in increasing immunity. So you also make these laddoos in the winter season and eat it with your family and increase the immunity of the body.
Ingredients for Dry Fruits Ladoo
Peanut - ¼ cup (45 grams)
Jaggery - 260 grams
Sesame Seeds - ¼ cup (35 grams)
Watermelon Seeds - ¼ cup (45 grams)
Poppy Seeds - ¼ cup (35 grams)
Dry Coconut - ½ cup (30 g), grated
Fox Nuts - 1 cup (20 grams)
Almonds - ¼ cup (45 grams)
Dry Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
White Pepper - 1 tsp, coarsely ground
Nutmeg - 1 tsp, grated
Cardamom - 1 tsp, coarsely crushed
Process of roasting Dry Fruits
Put ¼ cup of white sesame seeds in the pan and fry it on medium-high flame, stirring continuously, till it changes color. After roasting, take them out and roast ¼ cup of watermelon seeds in the same pan while stirring continuously on medium flame. If they start looking puffy, then take them out on a plate with sesame seeds. In the same pan, roast ¼ cup of poppy seeds while stirring continuously till it changes color and take it out in a separate plate.
Then roast ½ cup of grated coconut while stirring continuously on low flame till it changes color slightly. After roasting, take them out and roast 1 cup of makhana in a pan, stirring continuously on low flame, till it changes color. When they become crunchy, take them out and roast ½ cup of almonds on low flame, stirring continuously, till they become slightly puffed and fragrant.
Take out the almonds and put ¼ cup of roasted peeled peanuts in the pan and fry them lightly for 1 minute. Dry fruits will be ready after roasting, cool them.
Process of grinding Dry Fruits
Put roasted white sesame seeds and roasted watermelon seeds in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely and take them out in a bowl. Now put the roasted grated coconut and poppy seeds in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely and take them out in the same bowl. Grind the makhanas coarsely in a mixer jar and take them out in the same bowl. Then grind almonds and peanuts coarsely in a mixer jar and take them out. Dry fruits will be ready after grinding.
Process of making Mixture for Ladoo
Break 260 grams of jaggery in a pan, then add 3 tablespoons of water and cook it on medium flame while stirring and breaking the jaggery. When the jaggery melts and becomes foamy, syrup will form, reduce the flame to very low, add 1 teaspoon of dry ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of coarsely crushed white pepper, 1 teaspoon of grated nutmeg and 1 teaspoon of coarsely crushed cardamom. Remember, while adding the spices, the jaggery has to be stirred continuously.
When the spices are mixed, add ground dry fruits to it and turn off the flame and mix them well. After getting it, take it out in a bowl and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Process of making Ladoo
After 10 minutes, apply some ghee on your hand and take the mixture to make as big or small ladoos as you want to make. In this way the ladoos filled with dry fruits will be ready. When it cools down, keep it in a container and eat it every day, you will be saved from cold.
Suggestions
When it cools down completely, you can keep it in a container and eat it for 2 months.
If the time is less, then make a mixture and keep it in a tray and freeze it for 1 hour, then cut and make its barfi.
