Eating gluten free dishes is very beneficial for health. So today we are going to make Gluten Free Pancakes. It is very easy to make them and they are ready in a jiffy. They are very tasty and very soft to eat. So you too make gluten free pancakes with this easy recipe and enjoy the taste of it with your family.
Ingredients for Gluten Free Pancakes
Rice - 1 cup, soaked
Sago - ½ cup, soaked
Curd - ½ cup
Green Chilli - 2, small
Ginger - ¾ inch, chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Eno Fruit Salt - 1 tsp
Process of making the Batter
Wash and soak 1 cup of rice and ½ cup of sabudana thoroughly in water for 3-4 hours. Then drain all their water and put them in a mixer jar. Also add ½ cup of curd, 2 small green chillies, ¾ inch of chopped ginger and 1 tsp of salt to it.
Grind them very finely and take them out in a bowl. Add 1-2 tsp of water in the jar and mix the batter well. Now cover it and keep it for 15-20 minutes.
Process of making Pancake
If the batter is too thick, then add some water and mix it well. Then add 1 tsp of eno fruit salt to it and mix it well. Now heat the tawa on medium heat and spread some oil in it. After stirring the batter once, put it on the pan, cover it and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame.
When the time is up, take it off when its colour changes. Make the rest in the same way and gluten free pancakes will be ready. Serve them with green chutney, tomato sauce or kulcha wale matar ke chole and enjoy their taste.
Suggestions
There should not be any grains in the batter after grinding rice and sabudana.
The consistency of the batter should be pouring.
Tawa should be medium hot while roasting and the flame should be low-medium.
