There is nothing more to enjoy than the taste of sweets made in a few minutes. Make it at home and prepare it whenever you want. So today we are going to make Sheer Peera with an easy method which is exactly like the taste of white chocolate.
Ingredients for Sheer Pira
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk Powder - 2 cups
Almond Flakes - 1 tbsp
Cashew Flakes - 1 tbsp
Pistachio Flakes - 1 tbsp
Raisin - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 4
Process of making Chashni
Put 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in the pan and cook it till the sugar dissolves. After cooking for 3-4 minutes, stick it lightly on your finger and see if the wire is being formed, then it means that the syrup is ready. Remember, the flame will be high while making the syrup.
Process of making mixture for Sheer Pira
Reduce the flame to very low of the syrup and add 2 cups of milk powder in the pan little by little. Mix it while removing the lumps. Stir it well till it thickens, then when it thickens add 1 tbsp of almond flakes, 1 tbsp of cashew flakes, 1 tbsp of pistachio flakes and 1 tbsp of chopped raisins and mix. Now add 4 crushed cardamom at the end and mix it.
Process of making Sheer Pira
Put butter paper on the tray and grease it with a little ghee. Put the batter on the tray and spread it well in the entire tray. Now put some pistachios, raisins, almonds and cashews on it and press these dry fruits into the mixture with the help of a spoon.
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours, when the time is up, sheer pira will be ready. Cut it into the shape of your choice and enjoy the sweet sheer pira.
