Process of making Paneer Ghotala
Put 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat it on low flame. Put ½ tsp of cumin in hot oil and fry it lightly. Then add ¼ tsp of turmeric, 1.5 tsp of coriander powder and 1 tbsp of dry fenugreek (crush and put it in). Fry them lightly and add 2 tomatoes, 1 green chili and ½ inch of ginger paste to it. Reduce the flame to low-medium and fry the spices while stirring for a while till oil separates from it.
Grate 200 grams of paneer till the spices are roasted. Also grate 2 cubes of cheese separately. Now after the spices are lightly roasted, add 1 tsp of kashmiri red chili and 1 small capsicum finely chopped and fry it with spices. After the spices are roasted, add ¼ cup of cream and fry it again while stirring continuously.
When roasted, add grated paneer, ¾ tsp of salt or as per your taste, ¼ tsp of garam masala and 1-2 tbsp of green coriander and cook by mixing. When mixed well, add ½ cup of water to it and cook covered on low-medium flame for 2 minutes. When the time is up, add grated cheese and 2 tbsp of butter and mix it. Then cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
After the time is up, run it and turn off the flame. In this way the cheese paneer ghotala will be ready. Serve it with pav or with kulcha and enjoy the taste.
Suggestions
After adding cream to the spices, cook it while stirring continuously or else the cream may burst.
