For the dough
Take 2 cups of wheat flour in a bowl, add a ½ teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of oil and mix all the ingredients well. Add 1 cup of lukewarm water in intervals and knead the dough similar to the regular dough.
Cover and keep the dough aside to set for 20 minutes, After setting the dough, apply some oil on your palms to grease them, mash the dough for a while.
For the Masala mixture
Take 2 teaspoons of Mint Powder in a mini bowl, add 1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder, 1/4 teaspoon of Salt and mix all the spices properly.
For the Paratha
Preheat the pan to make Parathas. Divide a dough lump from the prepared dough. Roll it into the round shaped ball, press to flatten it and coat it with the dry flour. Expand it thinly like a Chappati. Roll it into the diameter of 10-12 inches. Coat it in the dry flour if it sticks to the board and expands it thinly.
Spread some Clarified Butter over it evenly and a teaspoon of Masala mixture over it. Lift and fold it. Press it softly then, roll it. Bend the end towards the back. Coat it in the dry flour and expand it into the diameter of 7-8 inches. Add some clarified butter on the pan and spread it.
Add the Paratha to cook from bottom on the medium flame. In the meantime, expand another round of Paratha. Flip it because it has cooked from the bottom. Paratha has slightly cooked from another side too and spread some clarified butter evenly.
Flip and cook Paratha until Golden - Brown spots appear on both sides. Spots have appeared on both sides because it has cooked. Paratha has cooked so remove it from the pan. Prepare all Parathas in the same way.
If you are serving Parathas directly then, crush them slightly and you can serve them with Curd, Chutney or any desired curry. 4-5 Parathas can be made from the prepared amount of dough.
