Chutney always enhance the taste of meals be it prepared with any ingredient. We all often relish eating coriander, mint, peanut chutneys but today let us prepare special and super tempting sesame seeds chutney.

Ingredients for Sesame Chutney recipe
- Sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
- Green coriander - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly - 2
- Lemon - 1
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Salt - 3/4 tsp
How to make Til ki Chutney
Heat a pan on flame and slightly roast the sesame seeds into it. When the seeds appear puffy, turn off the flame and transfer the roasted sesame seeds on to a plate and let them cool down.
Rinse the green coriander thoroughly and chop them roughly. Cut the lemon and squeeze out the juice in a bowl.
After this, place the roasted sesame seeds, green chilly, green coriander, salt, asafoetida, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water. Grind everything finely to prepare a fine textured chutney. Transfer the chutney in to a bowl.
Sesame seeds chutney is ready and taste super delectable. Serve it samosas, kachori or sandwich and relish eating.
Suggestions
- Roast the cumin seeds more else they will taste bitter in taste.
- To make the chutney spicier you can add green chilly to it as well.
- Instead of lemon juice you can also use raw mango pulp as well.
