- Mint sprigs - 1 cup
- Green chilly - 2 to 3
- Curd or Raw mango chunks - 1/2 cup
- Roasted cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Black salt - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as per taste (1/2 tsp)
विधि - How to make podina ki chutney
Clean the mint sprigs, wash them thoroughly, also remove stalk from green chilly and wash it as well and chop.
Take mint leaves, green chilly, salt, roasted cumin seeds, curd and grind everything together.
If you prefer this chutney with raw mango khatai, then peel and chop a raw mango into small chunks. Now take these mango chunks, mint, green chilly, roasted cumin seeds, salt and ground finely. Take out chutney in a bowl.
Delicious mint chutney is ready. This tantalizing mint chutney can be served with lunch or dinner or with samosa or kachori and relish eating. This chutney can be stored in refrigerator for a week.
